PERFECTO! We had a lovely stay at Andrea’s condo in Griante at Royal Carenabbia #22. The location was outstanding…we could see the ferry terminal (to Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna) from our balcony or walk minutes in the other direction to Tremezzo and beyond. The restaurant in the building, “BELLE ILE”, was fabulous and one of our favorite meals in Italy. Andrea thought of all the details to make our stay amazing. We will definitely return to the area and stay here again…next time for at least three nights.

Andrea’s location is perfect. It’s right next to the ferry that takes you to Bellagio and also down the street from the grand hotel. His place is perfect for a nice view. The shower is slightly smaller but we made it work. It’s nice to have a cooking space and good wifi. He’s very responsive.

The apartment was clean and the view from the balcony was very beautiful. The apartment is located right next to the ferry terminal, and we were able to easily travel to different places by ferry. We enjoyed our week-long vacation, thank you!

This was the perfect place for our stay! Everything from the incredible view of the lake, comfy bed, the right amenities, it felt like we were at home in this apartment. Andrea was super helpful with recommendations, taxi information, and overall making sure we were happy and taken care of. 10/10 experience, apartment and stay overall. We highly recommend this spot!
