Second stint staying with Jon - great place, great host.

We booked Jon’s condo for a 42-day stay but unfortunately had to cancel after 3 days through Airbnb support. The condo itself looks freshly renovated, but from the moment we checked in, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the AC vent. We informed Jon right away but no effective support was provided. That night, around 2am, we even tried cleaning around the vent and spraying air freshener to make it bearable, but the smell persisted.

Another major issue was no internet. From check-in until our departure, the Wi-Fi never worked. Jon ordered a new router, but it was never set up successfully, so we had no connection throughout.

Because of these problems, we asked Airbnb to cancel the reservation and moved to a newer condo in Scottsdale with clean air and working internet.

While Jon’s condo looks nice on the surface, our experience was very uncomfortable due to the bad smell and no wifi available. We were forced to cut our stay short.

Stayed at this property for about a month and a half, great location, wonderfully decorated. Nice and clean. Amazing property
