1 heteI rented two units from this host. I will copy paste the reviews for both units as my comments would apply to any reservation with this host.
I had trouble with the lock to the door. It was a lock probably common in Europe but not in Asia. This was my check in process:
324pm: I was unable to enter the unit and texted the owner for help. No reply
340pm: called the hotline, person asked me to wait and they would call me back. No call back
446pm: automated reply from the host on Airbnb
447pm: I ask for a different phone number so I can contact someone who can help me. No reply
5pm: called hotline again, they asked me to try the lock again, but with incomplete instructions on how to open the lock. Told me they will get back to me. They didn't
550pm: neighbor helps me with the lock
555pm: I inform the host I managed to get in
556pm: host replies telling me he's glad the problem is resolved
Rent at your own risk. If you need any help from your host, forget it. 0/10 customer service.

1 hete비엔나 주요 관광지에서 조금 떨어진곳 위치한 숙소 입니다. 관광지까지 도보로 가기에는 좀 멀고 트램이나 지하철을 이용해야합니다. 대신 쇤부른 궁전은 도보 이동 가능합니다. 우리는 10월에 숙소를 이용했는데 난방이 부족해서 좀 춥게 지냈습니다. 그외에는 불편함없이 지낼수 있었습니다. 비싼 비엔나 물가에 가성비 숙소를 찾으신분들에게 추천합니다.
