Caleb was a great host and the accommodation was great. Well located, spacious and set up with everything we needed.

Caleb’s air bnb was relaxing and everything we needed for our short stay! We were walking distance to lot 40 which offered a lovely meal. The beers in the fridge were a lovely touch also on arrival. Easy check in, would highly recommend! Very clean and cosy.

The perfect place to stay in Derby!! The loft was stylish and warm, clean and very comfortable, and in a fantastic location right in the centre of town. We were a party of four and found it a little close at times given the open plan design of the space, but it was still such a lovely stay!
