We had an amazing experience, and learnt so much. It is truly the best way to discover the History and the Buddhist philosophy, through the knowledge and passion of the host. Really recommend.

We had a great time on Manjula's tour, cycling through the ruins, village roads and along the huge ancient man made lakes. Manjula has a good critical knowledge of the history of the area and adjusts the tour to your needs. If hesitating, don't! just book the tour :)

My husband and I had an incredible tour around the ancient ruins and monastery complexes of old Anuradhapura with Manjula! The wealth of knowledge that Manjula has about ancient Anuradhapura and the origins of Buddhism and the patience that he displayed answering our countless questions is endless and really made our trip as wonderful as could be. He has continued to help us with tips for exploring the area around Anuradhapura after (as well as before!) our cycle trip. We enjoyed this tour so much as we would never have learned the information that Manjula shared on our own. Besides everything we learned, the bike ride itself was fun, well-paced and absolutely beautiful as we cycled through the breathtaking Sri Lankan countryside. We highly, highly recommend this tour to everyone and are pretty sure it’s already going to be the highlight of our month in Sri Lanka!
