Very close to Publix and Convention center. Just a short drive to Universal.
The location was awesome, but a 5 star AirBNB, this is not. Bring extra bed linens, towels, dish towels, they provide very little. If you stain any you are threatened with a charge. No great amenities provided.
Beds have 2 flat sheets and a light blanket, nothing comfy like home. Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, clothes detergent were provided for a short stay renter and maybe 2 people, not enough for a family of 5 staying 6 days.
Top floor rooms are very hot, even with the AC low.
No homey comforts like patio chairs or couch throws.
The complex amenities were super. A nice pool and kid areas. Great walking path. Bring money for the game room.
If you want a no frills place to stay, this is it. The bare minimum is provided for a high cost then you have to spend more for necessities.
We enjoyed our stay, but will choose better next time.
A minor plumbing issue was resolved quickly.

Every year we spend a week at vista cay for the AAU volleyball junior nationals. We’ve stayed at a number of units through Airbnb. This was very well kept, and accommodated our needs perfectly. The owners were very responsive and communiative. And the location is perfect, lots to do close by. Adjacent to grocery, shopping and dining.

It was a nice, gated location for our stay. We enjoyed the use of the swimming pools and hot tub daily. It's a close drive to all the attractions Orlando has to offer. David and Shelby replied back to our messages within 24hrs. The beds were really comfortable, so it was easy to get a good night's rest after a long day out. Unfort. our original booking changed due to a management change, so this new unit, it's one bedroom was literally a closet with a bunkbed and no outlets. If you have kids 10yr and younger I would say that is fine but for teenagers, I guess you can say they had their personal 'Harry Potter' experience lol. I probably wouldn't have booked this unit due to that fact but we made due and it worked for this trip.

We were in Orlando for a trade show at the Orange County Convention Center. We had shuttles. But you could also walk it in under 30 min.
