This house easily ranks among my best Airbnb stays. The house is clean, cozy, and well-furnished. There are three bedrooms that are all roughly equal in size. Checking in was incredibly easy, as was parking (the house has a shared driveway with the neighboring home). The house is about a 3 mile drive from downtown. We were going to an event at Water Works Park, and it was about 10 minute drive for us. Sarah was very communicative and the check-in/check-out instructions were incredibly clear. Highly recommended!

We stayed here while we went to the Iowa state fair. It was a cozy place to sleep and we loved staying here!
