I live in the same neighborhood and on the same corner as our guest house. Our company rescued and completely renovated this cute shotgun house and turned it into a beautiful oasis in the center of Jacksonville. Marianna’s space is gorgeous, clean, and safe. She has thought of everything and then some, from a beautiful bathtub item setup to coffee in the kitchen. We had a lovely stay.

Marianna made several recommendations for local restaurants that are within walking distance of the Airbnb. Some appear to have closed down, but we did eat at a few of her recommendations and they were great. We were also able to walk to Everbank Stadium, so the location was perfect for us.

Marianna was very responsive during our stay and was able to accommodate an early check in for us.

If we are ever back to Jacksonville, we will certainly stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Marianna's a lot. She thought of every little detail and provided so much for us. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom has a large shower and large soaking tub with several bath items to use. The kitchenette was nice to have as well. The TVs were large and had live TV and several apps to choose from. We loved hanging by the pool and even when it rained we hung out at the pool as there was a tent to sit under on the lounge chairs. Would definitely recommend.
