Après quelques courses pour acheter des légumes, direction la maison de la famille pour un petit cours sur les épices autour d’un thé à la menthe. Place ensuite à la cuisine, où Yassine prend le temps de tout nous montrer et bien nous expliquer pour que nous puissions refaire les plats chez nous. Nous avons réalisé un tajine au poulet citron confit et 3 salades de légumes. Enfin c’est au tour de la dégustation, un vrai régal ! Encore merci !

Book now! We’ve done several cooking classes around the world and Yassine is top of the list. Yassine greeted us with a smile and took us directly to his local butcher where we selected our protein of choice before going into the market to get the rest of our ingredients. Yassine welcomed us into his home where he explained the entire spectrum of spices that make up Moroccan cuisine. From there we cooked. I won’t spoil the fun with all the details but the result was delightful. Would recommend. Thank you Yassine, our door is always open.

Our cooking class with Yassine and his mom was amazing! They were so welcoming, inviting us into their home, accommodating our dietary restrictions, and sharing their culture. We loved learning about the Moroccan spices we would use in our meal and sharing tea together — it was truly a highlight of our trip.
