Sydney and Karen, owners of Mary's Hideaway Inn, love to cook and entertain. We are laid back folks who have delivered sailboats across oceans in our youth, owned an import company, worked in the financial services industry, and have even done some gold prospecting. Life has been good and we are happy to offer our home for your stay in the Oxford area.

The place was exactly as described. A point of reference for families needing to go to Oxford, we were not able to get an Uber from the place to the campus and had to wait for quite a while for getting one back so be sure to plan accordingly. It is a short, straightforward drive as described (about 10 ish minutes) so if you don’t mind the drive, I’d recommend this location.

We had a GREAT stay at Karen's place. We had a graduation at Miami University so it was so nice to have a home nearby that we could all enjoy together as we celebrated our accomplishment. Every morning we cooked breakfast together it the lovely kitchen. The beds were good (a bit too hard for me, but that's a personal preference), it was nice and warm with the provided space heaters. We loved all the different rooms to sit in, chat, play card games, eat, etc! Would be lovely to be there when it was warmer / if we had more time at the place to be outside and walk around the small town. Karen was incredibly helpful and quick to respond! Loved our stay.
