I came to Lonavala, at this very property with a duffle bag for a one night trip at the beginning of lockdown in 2020, to see my Mum who lived here. I never left! Towards the end of the year I decided to invest my life’s savings and transform my otherwise dilapidated ancestral home into an Airbnb. Now 5 years later, I’m still at it and love sharing the property with like-minded, good hearted people like you.

We had a wonderful stay at Eefa’s place in Lonavala! The property was spotless — genuinely one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in — and thoughtfully maintained in every detail. The mother-daughter duo (Eefa and her wonderful mom) who host the home were incredibly kind, accommodating, and made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived.

The location is perfect — close to all the essentials you could possibly need, whether it’s groceries, restaurants, or quick access to the main attractions around Lonavala. It’s also very reasonably priced for the comfort and warmth it offers, which makes it an absolute gem of a stay.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept, and conveniently located stay with genuinely wonderful hosts.

Our stay at The House of Shrof was everything and more that we had hoped for. The host Eefa was a delight and the staff made our 2 day stay feel like home.
The place itself is exceptionally maintained with beautiful aesthetics. Its perfectly located, close to everything. Rocco and Bee made the stay even more special.
Would highly recommend as a romantic getaway, a family staycation or just a solo retreat.

Everything about this place and its location is just perfect! The villa is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained, offering a cozy and peaceful stay right in the heart of the city. The host was attentive, and check-in was smooth.
The room can feel a little claustrophobic at night, but overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient stay. Plus, there’s a lovely cafe, just around the corner — a great spot for coffee or breakfast.
Highly recommend!
