Patsy and Charles were extremely accommodating. Their guest house is clean and comfortable. It has lots of closet space if you need it. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. I highly recommend that you stay here if you want a location that is quiet and peaceful, but also convenient to getting downtown or to UT.

I’ve stayed at many airbnbs and this one is where I received the best treatment. The hosts were very responsive and were there with any questions or concerns.

Amazing stay! We couldn't have asked for a better hosts or place to stay. This is one of the gems on Airbnb, and I highly recommend that you stop searching right now and just book this place.

Precisely,what stood out for us:
1. The hosts live next door and were quick and willing to help with just about anything. We even had dinner together once and got to know them better in a true Airbnb spirit.

2. The neighborhood is easily accessible if you have a car, but even if you don't the lime E-bike are a good solution for going to the park etc. Ubers are normally 12$ to just about anywhere in the city.

3. The place is some calm and green around here that we unwinded so much and just felt like staying at home many weekends.

Beyond that, its the usual stuff: the apartment is 100% like the pictures,everything works, everything is super clean, and there are no hidden issues to worry about.

You can definitely book this one with confidence and you will be delighted.
