Very clear instructions to check-in and was responsive to any needs. Bedroom and bathroom was very pleasant, clean, and organized to be in.

Ruchi's place is very comfortable. Nice reception, friendly and good suggestions on surroundings. Co-tenant was also friendly and helpful. Felt like being at home.

Quiet and safe neighbour. Old house but was kept clean. A bit of clutter in the kitchen, with random furniture but nothing bad. As most guest pointed out, sound insulation is null. A normal phone conversation can he heard clearly into the adjacent room.
The offering matches the price. Host is responsive, communicative and communicative.

We had a lovely stay at Ruchi’s place. She was a very friendly and responsive host, always quick to reply and happy to help with anything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful neighborhood — perfect for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again in the future!
