we had a great time in the heart of CB. we used the beach supplies and we're comfortable. we didn't end up using the kitchen because there are so many nice restaurants to explore.

Cute space perfect for 1 or 2 people. Location was perfect - walkable to everything! Would love to go back and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to be walking distance to the beach, restaurants/bars and shopping!

This condo and complex are great for a beach stay. The unit has sweet appointments and great a/c. Timothy was a terrific host, both with welcome info and immediate response to a plumbing issue. This was our third or fourth stay. That pretty much tells the story.

Timothy’s place was absolutely perfect! It was spotless, just a few blocks from the beach, and within walking distance to great coffee shops and restaurants. Timothy is the ideal host—very accommodating and quick to respond. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be booking his place again!
