I booked 2 months in advance, got out there for my trip and never got a response from the host. Airbnb customer service had to help book another place. Almost ruined my whole trip. Do Not Book this place.

This experience was the worst on my life I had planned to get married at 8:30 and not been able to check in I had to cancel my wedding and moved to the next day imagine the inconvenience. An Airbnb did not help me at all. I wouldn’t even book a room with this website ever again.

Richard is a terrible host. When I arrived at the property ,I didn’t have access to enter the gate because I was not provided with a gate code. Tried to reach out to Richard to no avail. So I reached out to Airbnb to get in touch with Richard and it was the same out come . ( To no avail) He wasn’t responding to Airbnb or returning any calls….. So Airbnb provided me with another place to stay. Would not recommend booking with this host. This was very stressful and a big inconvenience for me and my family….
