Lovely house with a lovely backyard which was great for bird spotting. Wish we had brought some birdseeds. The kitchen was well equipped and the pantry was very well stocked. Cosy and comfortable stay.

Ashwood is such a lovely little cottage and has everything you need to feel at home and ready to explore the local villages and attractions.
The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with crockery, cutlery and cooking items.
The beds were very clean and comfortable and the electric blankets were a welcome feature on the colder nights of our stay.
The back verandah is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the abundance of colorful visiting birds and the very peaceful atmosphere.
Our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.
There is no Wi-Fi and access to your phone data can be problematic at certain times of the day. As long as you are aware of this it really is the perfect Blue Mountains base to come home to.

We had a wonderful stay in Bernadette’s ! The location was perfect — close to all the main attractions like Echo Point and Scenic World, yet peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, making it easy for us to settle in.

What really stood out was the host’s thoughtfulness and responsiveness, which made our trip smooth and enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we left with great memories. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Blue Mountains!
