This was so much fun! Saeko is very informative on ingredients and foods, as is very helpful and supportive as you go through the items. I can't wait to head to the global market back home and see what ingredients I can access to make again. It's a short walk from the train station in a beautiful neighborhood and she was very thorough in the meeting spot directions making everything very smooth. Would definitely recommend!
