We had such a fun time glamping in this lovely space! Tents and bedding were so cozy despite the fall chill, and our hosts were right that sleeping bags are a must-bring this late in the season. The fire equipment and cooking utensils made for some great dinners. Instructions for how to use the amenities were very clear, and our hosts were super communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Just returned from a perfect weekend in this cozy cabin. The setting is gorgeous, especially with the fall leaves and crisp fall air. The cabin is lovely and comfy. And the hosts are incredibly responsive. All in all a wonderful experience!

The Phoenix cottage was an amazing experience. Light and airy and really comfortable, with big couches, a movie room and comfortable beds. It was a short walk down the hill to the river, which was such a cool thing to get to do. I really liked that the property offered seclusion and hiking, but was also close to all the fun upstate towns like Rhinebeck, Hudson and Red Hook, which made going out to dinner easy. I also was able to go to lots of local farms and breweries. Thank you Sam and Catherine, I’ll be back!

This house was an incredible find. When you walk in the double height living and dining room is great for entertaining and the chefs kitchen was incredible and well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and well decorated, and we loved that we had access to hiking trails that led down a hill to the river. Our son went crayfishing in the river! So close to Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Tivoli and Hudson we had the seclusion we wanted but were still close to restaurants, shops and the museum at Bard. We would love to come back!
