I enjoyed a wonderful month-long stay! The location couldn’t be more ideal, the parking is a major perk and it’s walkable to everything you need. Also a close drive to other fun neighborhoods. Karyn is a great cost - super communicative and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Karyn was a great host, she was responsive, respectful, friendly and welcoming - all the things you would expect from a super host!

Karyn also went above and beyond when she allowed me to use her kitchen upstairs for the last 6 weeks of my trip which I was very grateful for, as my room booking only has a small kitchenette. I also ran into some problems with the toilet, which Karyn was quick to address for me.

I did a long stay here (10 weeks) and was very comfortable living here.

Karyn’s place is centrally located and within walking distance to Alexandria Old Town. There is always parking nearby, and it is a quiet safe area.

If you are looking to avoid the high prices of the area and don’t mind a little less sunlight, it is a basement unit, then this could be the place. This simple no-frills accommodation was perfect for my needs.
