Federico is een fantastische gastheer die ons ontving in zijn eigen loft. Wij en onze 17-jarige zoon, hebben in 3 uur tijd ongelooflijk veel geleerd én heerlijk gegeten van onze zelfgemaakte pasta. Aanrader!

What can I say to Fede but Grazie Mille! The food you led us to prepare was molto fantastico! I think our entire group had a great time, and we learned enough that Hannah and I are ready to set out on a cooking journey making our own fresh pasta. This was a special event of learning from a master or pasta!

Federico was very knowledgeable, warm, and helpful. He kept the room engaged and even made us tiramisu for dessert after the pasta course. The food turned out great and I learned a lot! Highly recommend :)

LOVED this experience so much! It was one of my favorite parts of my trip and such a special experience. It was educational, a really fun time, and delicious! I would do it again in a heartbeat.
