Your guide tours you around the factory in about 2 hours. It provides a history of Krakow from the end of the WWI, through the events leading up to and through WWII, finishing up with the Russian take over after the end of WWII.
Interwoven into this is the story of Oskar Schindler.
A very well constructed experience with some interactive elements.
An interesting addendum to this tour was the guide taking us around key locations in the WWII ghetto area (another 30+ minutes).
Note: the guide doesn’t practically have enough time to cover every corner of the factory tour because of its sheer quantity of material presented, but that didn’t detract from the quality of our guide (in this case Aleksandra) who was very efficient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
A very worthwhile experience overall.

Tomasz knows the city, its history and Polish culture very well and made the tour a very delightful and interesting experience.

This experience was a great way to visit Schindler’s factory. Our guide met us on time and we skipped the very long line outside. The factory is organized is a very interesting way to guide you through the story of WW2 Krakow and Schindler’s role in saving his Jewish workers. Our guide was obviously extremely knowledgeable but her delivery of the information seemed almost memorized and we didn’t feel any sort of personal connection with her. Some of the corridors were rather warm and there was a lot of standing and listening to her lecture which got a wee bit tedious. She definitely had all the facts down but we would have preferred to go at a little faster pace.
