We were in awe as we stepped through the door. It looked like the photos. We were escorted to the room from the parking garage which was so helpful because it is big place. We stayed in beach tower 307 it had great views. The views were better than the pictures. My father is handicapped and Haylee was able to get a shower chair for him! Thank you for making it possible for him to go. The hallways, lanai, and common spaces are large and he had no trouble navigating around with a walker. He even rented some medical equipment from UGO equipment to make the trip easier. There was a closet that had several beach chairs we took advantage of. The beach umbrella wasn’t 100% but it worked well enough to provide some shade. We ended up going to Costco to buy a snorkel and I highly recommend. There is a turtle that likes to swim around in lagoon#2. Unfortunately, for us we didn’t see it but did see some tropical fish. It was my first time to experience Hawaii and this place was perfect.

Other reviews pretty much say it all. Was nice not being in the big city. 10-15 minute walk to restaurants, Starbucks coffee, market. Costco is a 10 minute drive. Waikiki beach is about 30 minutes and the airport is 20 minutes to an hour depending on time of day. Great communication and would stay again.

Beautiful place to stay. Great view of the water. I would stay here again.

I really loved the place. The host was very responsive. It’s definitely a great place in paradise. It blends right on in.
