Nous avions réservé un tour historique et culturel avec Mohcine. Ce dernier n'étant pas disponible.... L'hôte a été modifié avec un changement de programme : les tombeaux saadiens à la place de la Medersa Ben Youssef. Soit, cela arrive. Nous avons donc visité la Medersa la veille.
Le jour venu, on nous informe que nous irons à la Medersa et pas aux tombeaux.... C’est quand même dommage ce couac dans le programme.
L'hôte etait très sympathique mais j’ai trouvé la valeur ajoutée de ses explications assez pauvre. Bref, petite déception même si nous avons passé un agréable moment.

The guide listed did not do our tour. We booked the tour the day of, nothing that no one else had yet and because of that we expected a small group size, as up the the tour starting it was still 18/20 spots free. We were then contacted by the host to say he would not be guiding but instead to meet with someone else and that the locations would change. we ended up ina. group of 19, the other had booked with other services and we just all got lumped together. It was a good guide, who was kind and helpful, but with large groups the tours are slow and cumbersome and we do hope to move a bit faster. If we saw only a few spots left we would not have booked so this just ended up not being the experience we had hoped for.

I really enjoyed the tour of Marrakech. The itinerary was interesting, and the host was very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave detailed explanations of the main attractions and were always open to questions, showing great enthusiasm and willingness to share insights. That said, I would have liked to hear more about the city itself—its history, culture, and background—since the focus was mostly on the specific sites we visited. Despite a few small language barriers, the host did a great job of making the experience engaging and informative. Overall, it was a pleasant and enriching tour.

Mohcin was an amazing tour guide who shared a lot of interesting information about the city. I highly recommend him.
