Lovely cottage in a farm location, up in the hills near the Monsal Trail.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the Peak District.

The cottage itself is well laid out with great facilities, and it stayed very cool even though the temperature outside was near 30 degrees.

Nearby, you've got the Monsal Trail as well as other great walking routes all around, and the views from the cottage and farm are spectacular.

For food, just a stone's throw away from the cottage is the Angler's Rest pub, which is a great place to stop but if you're looking for anywhere else, the cottage is less than 10 minutes away from Tideswell, which has a number of great places to eat as well as a Co-op.
