This was in a great location and the apartment itself was good for nyc standards. The yard was amazing to have right in the city. There is a closet with a few drawers and hangers. Washer and dryer worked well and they give you a vacuum and everything you need for a longer stay. Overall I’d give this place a 5/5, except for there was construction going on directly upstairs the entire time we were there. It was so loud it would shake the walls and drywall flakes would come down. One week, it sounded like somebody was putting flooring down above us overnight. They also painted the hallway while we were there and the whole apartment smelled like paint fumes. So for the high price of the rental, that alone made it kind of not worth it. But it was great aside from that. If you got it when construction was finished, it would be excellent.

The team at Urban Furnished were very responsive, super helpful and quick to send over missing items for the apartment. They also assisted us in moving to a new property they manage when we needed to extend our stay. Would recommend booking with them!

Stayed for a month to try out UWS while thinking about a longer term stay in NYC. Area is very nice, walkable, safe, plenty of shops and restaurants around the area. Building was fine with elevator and doorman. Studio was on the smaller side but it had everything you needed. Good value if you’re staying short term or just trying the area for a month or two. Host was responsive and no issues arose during my stay. Overall a good experience and I recommend the host and the unit.
