We had a most magical stay in Koronadal City for 6 days. Everything was as expected and settling in was smooth. The pool was clean, refreshing, and well kept. I think this is one of the best options in Koronadal City and I cannot wait to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arya Exclusive Villa overall. There was some confusion and a misunderstanding/miscommunication at check in with the on-site staff of the villa but the hosts were easy to reach through the Airbnb app and resolved the issue very quickly and professionally. Host was very responsive and communicated clearly even despite being remote during our stay. They answered all my questions prior to our stay and responded to my concerns during our stay in a timely manner. My family really enjoyed our stay in their villa and would recommend it to our other friends and family. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and especially the pool. Hard to find a pool in the area that felt as clean as Arya’s infinity pool. I would recommend bringing insect repellent/fly swatters! Mosquitoes and other bugs snuck into the house pretty easily. Other than that, it was the perfect staycation for my family!

Arrived from the airport at 2:15am. Check-in was easy and host was responsive and friendly but when we enter the unit we were shocked to see 4 cockroaches inside and there were more in the kitchen and toilet. The living area has no light. The toilet bowl has pee that looks like it was there for quite sometime. The AC is not working well, for a few minutes that we were there we were sweating already. Very dusty, it looks like no one stayed there for a while and the host didn’t bother to check if the unit is clean. We have to leave the place and look for another accommodation and it was 3am with all our baggage. What a nightmare!!!!
