After a long white collar career in commercial real estate, I started raising Scottish Highland cattle in 2008 and doing real estate consulting work in struggling old steel towns southeast of Pittsburgh. Today I co-own (along with Dana O'Connor) Pittsburgher Highland Farm. We raise grass-fed Scottish Highland and Red Devon cattle as well as chickens, bees, fruit and produce on two farms near New Stanton PA.
