You know it is going to be a great experience when you are greeted with biggest smile in all of Mumbai! Reshma greeted us like we were old friends & we quickly jumped into a rickshaw & we were on our way to the market. Here we were introduced to some new veggies & picked up a few of the final ingredients needed for the dinner we were going to prepare.
Back at Reshma’s lovely home we started to prepare 3 dishes - we chopped, stirred, mashed, coated, fried & simmered - it was so fun!
We learned so much about the culture & how food is such a big part of it. The food we prepared was delicious & unlike any dishes we have eaten before. I cannot recommend this experience more - it was that good.
If you are looking to spend some time with an awesome human, learn a bunch about Indian cooking & eat delicious food - this is the experience for you!
