First time visiting Seattle. This place was exactly as advertised with lots of amenities inside including snacks for when you first arrive. It’s truly “walkable” to everywhere in the downtown area. The building is a bit older, so going up the three flights of stairs squeaked just as much as the floors and bed did. We were out on the town during the day and only there to sleep at night, but it seemed very quiet at night. The hosts were kind enough to provide ear plugs to drown-out any noises that the window’s air conditioner fan couldn’t cover up. A good value and great location!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was at such an affordable price! It is well stocked with dishes and even snacks. It has basic amenities like fridge, microwave, W/D, stove (did not use). There’s a space heater you can plug in too for chilly nights.

The interior is clean and the bed is so incredibly soft and comfy - can I have the brand of those sheets? Seriously, I slept like a baby and I usually do NOT sleep well on travel.

The location is wonderful. You can pretty much walk anywhere in Seattle that’s worth seeing.



Only hiccup was the washer/dryer combo broke but John was able to send someone over to repair it in a jiffy.

Greatest place to stay in Seattle

We had a great stay! Excellent location, 15-minute walk to almost anything we could need (restaurants, shops, public transit, etc.). The space was clean and perfect for 2! The laundry was a big plus so we didn't have to bring home as many dirty clothes. We would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Seattle for their first time.
