We had a family of 4, with kids 8 years old and 11 years old who participated in the croissant making class. Our instructor Edith was very pleasant and very patient with all of us. The class was 1.5 hours which was enough time and we made more than enough croissants that we couldn’t finish. It was a wonderful and memorable experience that we will cherish forever.
