Bob & I moved to Steamboat in 2020 after purchasing this historic property in 1989 with the goal to move here permanently. After an epic restoration to this beautiful property, we have finally arrived! We both work part time, love to do anything outdoors, adventure traveling and enjoy meeting new people. I own Blue Egg Travel, Bob is a fly fisherman/ prior winemaker & financial advisor and we’re excited about sharing our new Airbnb with you!

This was just for a weekend get away for my wife and I. We loved the coziness of the place and its location. Just a 10 minute walk to all the happenings downtown steamboat has to offer. It was well equipped and had a great selection of coffee. They were very friendly and the grounds were beautiful. We had a great time enjoying steamboat and a nice cozy base to come back to. Great hosts and would love to stay again

This was probably the best AirBnB experience we have in a long time. Our hosts were so inviting, provided custom recommendations for food and walking. They were so understanding of our needs, and talked to us even about the pros and cons of Steamboat Springs year round. We would love to visit again and see our hosts for more tips and tricks of the BOAT.
