Huge loft with great balcony. Very comfortable sofa and king-size bed. Kitchen is fully equipped. Very good location. We only would have liked to have our own box for internet as only one is currently shared and is in another apartment. A bit noisy but that's Medellin and we found it better than another apartment that would have been in a higher floor in a tower, this apartment gives the opportunity to really immerse in the local vibe. Unfortunately we had to leave Medellin in a rush due to the Coronavirus but we really enjoyed our stay. Carlos is very responsive even if we never met him in person. We really recommend this apartment for a long-stay in Medellin.

Great stylise apartment with high ceilings. Could really do with air conditioning as the apartment gets really hot. Also kitchen is a little strange as it has deluxe items like a rice maker but has no oven, kettle or toaster. Apart from these minor points however it was fantastic and a great place to stay for 8 nights.

I stayed for a month at Carolina's place and would recommend it highly! I work from home so the balcony was extremely appreciated and made the whole apartment feel spacious. I like to cook as well, and the kitchen was well equipped. Also, the internet was entirely reliable and fast! The apartment is ideally located near nightlife (Parque de Laureles y La Setenta), but is in a quiet part of town itself. Grocery stores (Exito, Carulla) are nearby (~10 min) and I have to recommend Pizza A La Lena down the street (they have a proper pizza oven). The best part was what a great host Carolina was. She showed me La Setenta and a slice of Columbian life I probably wouldn't have seen otherwise so 10/10!
