My husband and I so enjoyed our cooking lesson with Alessandra. She was welcoming and generous with her time and instructions. We also really enjoyed meeting and learning from her sous chef. Beautiful property and a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon.

I'm Italian, but this experience positively surprised me: it is a true insight in the regional food, in a beautiful location, with a kind and welcoming chef. You both learn in the kitchen, using local products, some directly from the garden, and enjoy a 5stars meal with good wine. bon appetit

This was a great cooking class and we greatly enjoyed cooking in the working kitchen alongside the chefs. The dishes were simple, but elegant and the grounds were incredible. We look forward to cooking this pasta at home!
