The shepherds hut is a really nice hut located few mins from the main house. The house itself can't be seen from the hut. There is a nature all around it which is really lovely, it feels like camping apart from that the hut is very warm and comfortable, so glamping would be a more appropriate term. The hut is a small space, very cosy for a couple or for good friends. The pillows and duvet are very soft and comfortable and there are small lovely touches inside, even games and cards, and a table and chairs outside. Jenny is really lovely, very accommodating and was there at hand whenever we needed something. It is really a beautiful getaway in nature :).

Beautiful cottage with exceptional facilities and small personal touches made Jenny's place welcoming and so comfortable. The location is beautiful with amazing rural views, walking tracks and is close to local towns and historic places. Jenny was an attentive hostess who was available if we needed her otherwise leaving us to enjoy our time. I have no hesitation in recommending her or her accommodation to future guests, great place to be!

The photos and details on the website don’t do this property justice. The peace and quiet is lovely, the sunsets beautiful, the walks in the woods, the local farm shop, The Crown Inn at Marnhull and it’s so easy to get down to the stunning Jurassic Coast. Jenny is a great host. We would definitely return.
