We had a lovely time with Aspassia and our group. She was very knowledgeable about olives and olive oil and provided an informative, fun experience plus delicious foods. We loved sitting around a table with authentic Cretan flavors and great conversation under ancient olive trees.

We loved this experience. We had 4 children with us ages 5 to 11 they really enjoyed the setting- the beautiful olive grove with trees that are up to a thousand years old. They ran around and played on the swing- it was magical. The four adults really enjoyed learning more about olive oil and pairing them with traditional Cretan food- a very unique experience. And the food was delicious, local and fresh and so plentiful we didn’t need dinner after.

It was a really great time! Aspassia is very knowledgeable and the group connected well. The food pairings and tasting session was very fun. If you’re going at the end of the season I’d recommend to bring a jacket as it did get cool in the evening. Great time all around
