I lived in many places growing up, such as Malibu, CA, Santa Monica, CA, Marina Del-Ray, CA, Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Las Vegas, NV, to name a few. Living in each of these areas, made me who I am. Great spot for a large group in Chicago. Exactly as described. Maximillian is “over the top” responsive! We were in for the Chicago Marathon and this spot was perfect to get to walkable local spots and to other neighborhoods and downtown by the EL. We also had a car, and it was surprisingly easy to find convenient street parking right in front of the home. Great spot for a Cubs game or north side events and clubs, and, still super easy to downtown and the airport.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and we still love it. A small little getaway perfect for a couple looking for a romantic weekend. We loved sitting out on the swinging daybed watching the sunset every night and then coming inside to play a record and make some dinner. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. And importantly, the bed is super comfy. Thanks again to the host Max who was super proactive, responsive and friendly with anything we might need.
