From the moment we stepped into Andrea’s kitchen, we were welcomed like old friends. His passion for authentic Italian cooking and his gift for teaching shone through every part of the class. We learned the secrets behind many types of pasta … from perfectly pliable dough to the most delicate ricotta and lemon filling.

Andrea is not only a chef with Michelin-level skill but also a wonderful host and storyteller. The experience was hands-on, relaxed, and full of laughter as we kneaded, rolled, filled, and tasted our creations together, paired with excellent wine. The meal we shared at the end felt like dining with family.

We left inspired and confident to make fresh pasta at home, and with a set of beautifully written recipes to remember the day by. This was truly a highlight of our time in Italy. If you’re looking for an authentic, heartwarming culinary experience, Andrea’s class is simply exceptional.

Wir hatten eine absolut tolle Erfahrung beim Pastakochkurs mit Andrea. Er erklärte uns umfangreich, wie man Pastateig herstellt und mit welchen Zutaten. Beeindruckend waren auch die verschiedenen Formen und deren unterschiedlichen Namen, die man normalerweise außerhalb Italiens gar nicht kennt.

Andrea ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Wir hatten das Glück, nur mit ihm zusammen zu sein und so viel über die Herstellung und Zubereitung von Pasta zu lernen und sie gemeinsam mit ihm zu genießen. Vielen Dank für die wertvolle Zeit, Chef!

Andrea was an amazing host! He is a fabulous teacher, and we were spoiled to have him all to ourselves. Not only was the class so informative and fun, but the meal we were treated to was delicious! Highly recommend!
