This was an excellent place to stay. Clean and as described. A great price - I mentioned the price I paid to friends and they commented "that's great value". We had a small problem with the automatic roller door - it was fixed immediately were highlighted to Julie.

Great location for price but needs to be more clean. The location was perfect for our purpose, close to everything we needed, and the hosts were lovely, friendly, and easy to communicate with.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property really let the stay down. There was a noticeable cockroach problem throughout our stay. I Cupboards we opened had them; stepped on a few random ones. We were almost too scared to sleep in the sheets.

With better cleaning and pest control, this could be a fantastic value stay.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Julie’s place. It was equipped with everything we needed and was a great location as well. The views from the floor to ceiling windows was my favorite part, especially during sunset. Very convenient and walkable spot to anywhere you could want to go in the cbd plus right next to a beautiful park which is a huge plus when you visit with kids. Julie was always very quick to respond and provided clear instructions to help us get in and out without stress. We also requested she provide 2 cribs which she kindly had set up for us open arrival for a small fee. The value for what we paid far surpassed anything we came across while we searched for a place to stay and we were very happy with our choice. Thanks Julie!
