This could not of been better

We booked this experience last minute after our original one was canceled due to a sandstorm. The communication before booking was great, but as soon as we paid, it went downhill.
It took hours to get pickup details, which were only sent an hour before, leaving us standing outside a hotel for over 30 minutes with no idea what was going on.

The driver was hard to communicate with, constantly stopping mid-conversation to take phone calls, which made us nervous about whether we were even with the right person. Once we got to the site, we realized that all these similar Airbnb listings lead to the same place, run by one big company.

The Argan Oil stop was rushed, and we didn’t get the tea or bread that was meant to be included. The camel rides were delayed, and the camels were treated terribly - one was hit with a pole after vomiting and foaming at the mouth.

Dinner and the fire show was fine.

Driver lied and tried to rip us off when we offered to pay for drop off at our Riad.

Fantastic guide with lots of knowledge on the area, would highly recommend !

It was really good trip and nice experience. However, it was lacking some more storytelling, the guide in the mountains was a really nice guy, but we hoped for some more information. The lunch we had at the end was the best tajine we ate during our Moroccan trip!
