Definitely a must do when visiting Marrakech, our host was superb and very knowledgeable. The whole experience was excellent.

Elle est passionnée par ce qu’elle fait. On a découvert une autre facette de la cuisine et de l’art de vivre marocains. On y a aussi fait de belles rencontres autour d’une belle table.
C’était une superbe expérience qu’on n’hésiterait pas à refaire.

Que dire, Naj est une personne adorable, accueillante, drôle ! Elle nous a livrée ses meilleures conseils pour cuisiner marocain, nous avons fait les courses, préparer le thé, et fait le cours de cuisine suivi du repas dans une ambiance conviviale et joyeuse !
Nous sommes pas prêt d’oublier ce moment, merci beaucoup !

Najlae was such a wonderful host, brimming with warmth and positive energy. We had a big group for the cooking class but everyone felt included and got a chance to participate in the feast we were about to share with each other. She made the experience communal and homey. I love her teaching style and how she presented the pillars of Morrocan cooking spices with each dish-something that I will definitely take away and be able to recreate at home.
We had more than enough food to go around in the end and felt full with amazing flavours and knowledge from the experience.
Our group also did the Argan oil making right after which was absolutely unique and informative. We got to make our own oil that is pure and untampered Argan oil, something that is very hard to find nowadays.
The location was in Najlae's home/riad which all the more makes it welcoming and comfy.
She also gave us recommendations and tips of how to enjoy Morocco as a tourist, the souks/markets to find things.
