Incredible experience. The tour/tasting was extremely informative and fun. I learned so much and had an amazing time. The oil is really unique to the region and the lunch provided was incredible. Seriously book this tour. It was once in a lifetime. Also a really nice shop for gifts and oil

Our hosts were obviously passionate about making olive oil. This is a small family operation that wants to share their love and knowledge of olive oil with others. On top of very personal service, we enjoyed a delicious home-cooked meal. We were also treated to a visit by a local but internationally recognized expert on olive oil. “The Professor” had much to share from the research side of olive oil.

Chiara our tour guide was a brilliant host! Extravagant hospitality, & plenty of stories & facts personlized to the interests of the group. The tasting was so fun, each of us received a sheet of paper where we could mark down tasting notes for each olive oil. Plus the lunch afterward was delicious!

Chiara & her family took special care to make sure my grandma was honoured and well looked after. (Plus it was nice that the building was all one level, so grandma didn't have to navigate stairs!)

The tour went longer than planned because of a surprise guest, a professor who is Chiara's family friend and an expert on olive oil! Chiara checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were okay with the tour going late.

One thing to note: there was no air conditioning in the building. (This was tough for some of us Canadians still adjusting to Italy's hot weather!)

We still had a marvelous time, and I wholeheartedly recommend this experience!! THANK YOU to Chiara and her family!
