This hike was the most special experience my husband and I had during our time in Banff. I initially booked a high-altitude trek, but after discussing with Shauna, we realized the original route wasn't suitable for my husband, who experiences some slope vertigo. So we took her recommendation and went hiking at Chester Lake instead.
Shauna communicated safety guidelines with us in advance and requested details about any medical conditions and our family doctor's information. Before the hike began, she also thoroughly explained how to handle unexpected situations during the trek.
We thoroughly enjoyed this hiking experience. Not only did she share fascinating facts about various plants along the way, but she also pointed out animal tracks and signs. She truly possesses extensive outdoor expertise and is exceptionally attentive to her clients. I highly recommend joining her for a comfortable and enjoyable journey.

Had a great time cross country skiing for the first time. She took the time to go over the basics and we over some good drills to get comfortable with the activity first. Afterwards we went on a fun tour around lake Louise area. Shauna was very knowledgeble of various outdoor activities and the area and it was overall very well organized.

If you have some free time in Banff and want to try a fun half day activity near the Lake, highly recommend booking an activity with Shauna!

Shauna is a great guide. She is kind, prepared, generous with knowledge, snacks, and hiking gear. She was also very patient with my elder Saint Bernard. Just a great experience!

This was my second hike with Shauna and I was really looking forward to it after my first experience. Shauna is so personable and easy to be with. I was so comfortable being with her. As in our first walk, Shauna had so many things to relate about the plants, history of the area, etc. The whole experience was so lovely for me. I am so glad I found her and was able to connect!
