First of all the web site says that the tour will resume from 12 to 17 hours, but we had finished less 1430 hours.

Second of all, the host doesn't care about not only elders in the group, but also guest. Some of them seems hard to follow the step of group.

Many different things i d like to complain about this tour, but stop at this stage.

False advertising. We did not do all what was listed. Only walked across the Brooklyn Bridge, did the 9-11 Memorial, and saw the Bull/Fearless Girl. Tour ended at 2PM. Not sure if the rainy weather factored in? The guide didn’t arrive till close to 12PM (unlike the 11:50 we were told to arrive at) He had a dry sense of humor/unwanted sarcasm. Seemed shocked with the tiny applause at the end of the tour. He walked at his own speedy pace without any regard for the rest of the group. One of the tour group participants took it upon himself to make sure everyone made it and held the door open for us when it was necessary. Wouldn’t recommend. Only positive was I didn’t have to do the navigating or thinking.
