Very great location and access to Poblacion. Beautiful view and balcony. There was no toilet paper when we arrived so might be best to buy first from convenience store. ACs worked just fine (the cover did come off from time to time but just had to put it back on). Beds were comfortable and had no trouble sleeping. Would stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

"I stayed at this apartment on the 64th floor in Manila, and the view was absolutely amazing. The place was generally comfortable and well-located. However, we did encounter a few small cockroaches, and there was only one teaspoon in the cutlery set. Overall, it was a nice stay, but these small issues could be improved."

Always a pleasure staying at Noah’s place. The view is excellent and of course being at the Gramercy you have all the amenities, including the mall next-door, one step shopping for everything.

We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent — within walking distance to the pharmacy, restaurants, and bars. The host was very responsive and offered solutions immediately whenever we had concerns. The only downside was the box aircon in the bedroom, which was dusty and caused us to wake up with a stuffy nose, and it was also quite loud, making rest a little uneasy.
