Our experience tasting olive oils with Anita was great. She is clearly passionate about her work and journey in becoming an olive oil consultant and competition judge.

You first taste 8 olive oils and learn to refine your palette to true extra virgin olive oils. The second part was pairing the oils with different small dishes, such as yogurt, chicken, tomatoes, and chocolate. We were able to buy our favorite olive oils at the end of the experience.
