Everything in this listing is misleading. It is NOT 8-10 am. It is 9am to 2pm. There is little to no communication. We got a message saying the tour started at 9am, even though the listing says 8. I began messaging them 22 hours before the tour to confirm the time and never got a response. Still have not received a response. I called the number listed and someone in Barcelona answered. I got transferred several times and hung up on before finally speaking with someone who told me the tour starts at 9, not 8 as listed. I do not recommend booking this experience through this listing. Try trip advisor.

With that being said, Opheli was our tour guide and she was AMAZING. She is the reason we had a great day. It was 2 hours of walking, stairs included, boat tour, helicopter ride, walking in between. Bathroom on the boat was broken so bring coins, all the bathrooms require coins. Helicopter only takes 2-3 people at a time.

Reviews are very misleading. No palace or winery. Very confusing.

Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and didn’t match what was advertised.

The meeting point was unclear, communication poor, and another couple on the tour were left behind after going to the map pin shown on Airbnb. We were met by a different host than listed, who arrived slightly late with no warning and no name of the person to look for.

The itinerary was also misleading — we didn’t visit Bacalhôa Palace or ride in Land Rovers, which were the main reasons we booked. We only found out by asking at the end that these weren’t included because the palace is closed on Sundays. This was never communicated.

The Setúbal market was a highlight (try the bifanas!), but the “market delicacies” and wine were disappointing. The wine tasting itself was decent but rushed.

Overall, expectations were not managed at all — if you want the full experience, avoid booking on a Sunday. You will not get anything you see in the pictures advertised on the listing.
