Simona, Davide and their friends made us feel extremely welcome in their home. They were very responsive via email regarding driving directions.
Their home is lovely, full of pets, stories, and charm. The garden is best visited in the growing seasons but is a special place regardless of the time of year. The pasta making was fun and engaging and an essential part of our afternoon meal. In addition to long conversation, several dishes of preserves, cheeses and salamis of the region were served as well. It was a great afternoon and highlight of our trip.

We had a wonderful lunch and day with Simona. We felt very much at home and she was so friendly, welcoming and fun to spend time with. We loved making the pasta and had a relaxed and delicious lunch which we shared with her friends and other lovely guests. Traditional Sicilian food which was local and very tasty.
It was a very authentic and unique experience and I would highly recommend.

It was a cosy and delightful experience visiting Simone and Davide’s home which they renovated from scratch for 12 years . We picked the herbs and lettuce from their garden . We requested to learn to make pizza and pasta which were well taught and then ate together with appetizers and wine and finished with dessert . Simona is so friendly and genuine in sharing her knowledge . Was indeed an authentic experience.
