The bicycle seat post clamp was not holding the bike seat in place. The “unlimited bike rental” rep, Joe, was not able to fix it and scolded me for “not notifying him” before the tour started but I didn’t notice it until after the tour started. He couldn’t get the clamp to secure the post so he traded me bikes.

I like Airbnb experiences because I believe they are more private and personable groups.
I was disappointed that my group was combined with another outside group organized by “unlimited bicycles”.
I never met the host or the Airbnb experience.

Excellent private group tour. Our guide offered a great variety of options.

This was an excellent tour to start our time in DC! It was such a fabulous way to hear the history of DC while also hitting almost all of the memorials. We covered so many memorials within that three hour time frame. I would definitely recommend it for the first day of anyone’s trip to DC, especially for first timers. And our tour guides Adrian and Joe did a fabulous job!!!
