Grazyna was a great guide and extremely knowledgeable. She was very welcoming and engaging. I would definitely recommend taking an excursion with her.

A 1hr 30 drive to/from Krakow.
For most of the drive out we listened / watched a video covering the key aspects of Auschwitz and Birkenau which was useful background in advance of walking around the different sites.
Slick entry/exit to the different sites with a relaxed restaurant stop between the two main sites.
Host Grazyna was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Highly recommended for the experience.
Some of the themed rooms within Auschwitz I were very moving.

Justyna was very knowledgeable and caring towards our group, we were a small group and she took care of us.
The only down fall was it was a little bit dark when we arrived at Auswitch 2 but most of it is inside for the museum. It’s something you will never forget.
Just book it’s amazing to see but be prepared first a long mentally draining day but so worth it thankyou and I’m so sorry what happened to your people.

Justyna was excellent. She was knowledgeable and made everyone feel at ease. We really liked her and she helped our group to get on well. She had rain ponchos ready for the weather which was appreciated. The inclusion of the Judenrampe was fantastic, which you wouldn't get on an official tour.

Our only criticism was the timings. We booked the 7.00-15.30 tour but ended up on the 11.00-18.30 tour last minute after being messaged the day prior to say timings had changed. This meant we ended up getting back to Krakow at 20.00 which was a real shame to have spent the whole day out. Also, there were many roadworks (not Justyna's fault and she was excellent in the face of it) which delayed us so much, as well as the later start, that we only had 1 hour 45 minutes in Auschwitz. We had to rush round and we only saw half of it.

Justyna is not a tour guide and does not come in, so be aware this is not a guided tour. It's transport with the Judenrampe. It is good, she is great, but just be aware
