Relaxed tour and good food sampling around the old town. Would recommend.

Cecilia, was great! She was knowledgeable, fun and made the tour a wonderful experience for us. We tasted some great ice cream, fabulous hams, and different pastas and cheeses. We loved it.

Michelle is outstanding. Her knowledge of Parmigiano Reggiano - from milking the cows to aging the wheels is exceptional. And her access to the farm and the cheese-making process meant we were behind the scenes, learning, experiencing, and tasting. The visit to the Balsamic Vinegar business and hearing from the owner himself was so interesting. Again, Michelle is given access to the entire facility, so you are learning, seeing and smelling how the vinegar is aged and barreled. Then the tasting - again exceptional. Lunch and wine tasting at the Barbaterre winery was a lovely way to wrap up the day. Parma and this tour were my favorite of our 17 days in Italy. I highly recommend visiting Parma and learning from Michelle.

We had the best time with Roberta and enjoyed every second. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
